1. The meeting was called to order by President Terrell.
2. Appearances by the Public: Dave Gawenda, City of Madison; Rebecca Harring, Wells Fargo.
3. The Consent Calendar was approved containing: Commission Meeting Minutes of June 14, 2012.
4. The Commissioners adopted Resolutions 2012-6-28-R1, 2012-6-28-R2, 2012-6-28-R3, 2012-6-28-R4, 2012-6-28-R5 approving the following sewer extension plans:
* Westbridge Phase 2, Village of Waunakee
* Liberty Business Park Phase I, City of Verona
* Cardinal Glen Phase 5, City of Madison
* Cardinal Glen Phase 6, City of Madison
* 6701-6921 McKee Rd PUD, City of Madison
5. The Commissioners reviewed a potential annexation from the Town of Windsor for Bear Tree North and scheduled the related Public Hearing date for July 12, 2012.
6. The Commissioners adopted a resolution approving the Compliance Maintenance Annual Report and directed that it be submitted to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources as presented.
7. The following oral reports were presented by staff:
a. The Director of Operations and Maintenance, Paul Nehm, presented the Operations Report for May. He also provided an update on a trial project being conducted to increase renewable energy in the digesters.
b. The Commission discussed recent happenings that impact the CARPC and issues relative to CARPC's work with the District staff. The Commission will prepare a letter in support of CARPC to be sent by the Commission president.
c. The Chief Engineer and Director reported on the budget calendar.
8. The Commissioners met in closed session pursuant to section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin Statutes in order to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of certain public employee(s).
9. The Commissioners reconvened in open session.
10. The Commissioners accepted the pay plan for non-represented employees as presented.
11. Adjournment.
